A brief sypnopsis of the talk

Successful, profitable businesses that attract high calibre people are characterised by their mastery of six key phases of development. “The 6 Steps Top A Better Business” introduces and explains in detail what they are, and the tools used to master each one : 

1. Mastery. (What’s happening and where’s the money going?). 

2. Niche. (Without a niche you’ll always be a “me-too” business). 

3. Leverage. (Doing more with less…try making a lot of money without this!). 

4. Team. (You can’t do it all yourself…so don’t die trying!). 

5. Synergy. (The business is now a well-oiled machine…now open the throttle!). 

6. Results. (Now claim the only success measurement that really counts!) 

About the Speaker




Before coming to Malaysia he traveled extensively through North America, the South Pacific Islands, Australasia, and Indonesia. He also spent four weeks on a bicycle while cycling from Holland to Swtizerland. Mr Ian Homer has lived in Malaysia for 11 years having worked previously for companies in the UK and Hong Kong. He quickly developed a talent for being able to simplify complex concepts to people’s level of understanding. This developed largely from working extensively in I.T. fields and having to understand issues and problems related to many different aspects of business from sales to operations and from admin to HR. From his years of diverse experience and extensive reading, Ian developed a habit of dispensing informal business advice to close associates. Becoming a professional business coach allowed him to focus on what had now become a passion for engaging business owners and assisting them in achieving their desired results. Academically, Ian's educated to Bachelors Degree level in Biochemistry and later obtained a Masters Degree in Computing. Ian's business experiences have involved working with very small businesses to very large corporations and include the likes of Bloomberg, Thomson Financial and Lloyds of London. He’s also run his own data security company. He currently coaches business owners involved with such disciplines as legal practice, pest control, retailing, training services and real estate investing.

Members can sell or promote their products directly to all participants during this meeting. Please feel free to bring along catalogues, flyers, products or any offer items for promotion or selling.

All attending should be prepared - bring along lots of your calling cards. Also, if you have referrals in mind, please present them at the meeting. Take this opportunity provided during the B-Syn meeting to promote and sell your products.
