He has served as a resource person on creativity to the Mauritius Government, Bank Negara Malaysia, Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Intel Technology, Texas Instruments, Malaysian Institute for Corporate Governance, Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Petronas, ICI Paints Asia, Kimgres Marketing, TECAsia ,etc. In recognition of Dr YKK’s expertise, the world famous toy-maker, Lego appointed him as a member of its eight-member international panel of creativity experts for its global creativity project, the Next Generation Forum.

Dr. Jun Toh’s teaching methodology is both unique and enriching because she shares her “been there, done that’ experiences and this has been the crux behind her workshops, seminars and lectures. In other words, she does not teach from theory but shares what she has actually done and was successful about! Her classes are lively and very interactive, giving learning a whole new meaning and a different experience.
