We all know monies are lying all over the street for the taking. There are many hungry men with bright ideas but short of money. There are also investors who are on the look out for high investment returns. When a bright/hungry man meet up with a lazy/greedy men, how will they measure up to each other?. Our fortune teller, Adrian Yeo shall cast the verdict of this marriage, is it make in heaven or just a marriage of convenient?.
The talk includes in depth overview of – Your experience in SME business, knowing what is SME business?, knowing yourself, knowing the promoter, his character & ability, statistics on success of business and stories from the floor
Speaker : Adrian Yeo CA (M), FCCA MBBA(UK) FTII(M)
Mr. Adrian Yeo starts his career as senior auditor in audit firm, London, UK for 7 years after qualifying as ACCA. Audit Team Leader in KPMG, KL for 2 years upon returned from London. He is now a managing partner of Adrian Yeo & Co an audit firm with 40 staff serving 1,000 SME clients, cradle to grave – oversee client’s affairs from start up, tax, audit, expansion, acquisition, dispute resolution to winding up for 12 years. Currently he served as Council Member of Malaysian Institute of Taxation. Chairman for ACCA Malaysia Public Practice Committee, Secretary General for TAR College Alumni for the past 8 years also as evaluator for Financial Accounting papers 1 & 2 of Malaysian Institute of Taxation. He sits on the board of a listed Company as the Independent Director.
