About the Speaker

Mr Kelvin Yip is the Principal of Property Mall, a real estate agent company. Kelvin started his first real estate agency as sole proprietor in the year 1994. Prior to establishing his own practice, he has worked several years in two International Property Consultancy firms, namely Raine & Horne Zaki + Partners and KGV Lambert Smith Hampton. He has passed all written and oral examinations for real Estate Agency Practice set by the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia and awarded the authority to practice (E 1221). He is currently serving as Treasurer of the Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA). He has also served as a Member of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents representing estate agents in Malaysia from 2001 to 2005. Mr Kelvin is also a Chairman of Membership Development portfolio for Business Networking Club KL & PJ.
