CEO Forum
The rationale
CEOs , like everyone else have to manage their business, family and self
successfully and balance their lives in a way that they feel fulfilled and
happy.
However, they are lonely because at each stage of their
lives, they find themselves tackling new issues which they have no one to
turn to for help, support, ideas and a listening ear. Sometimes, it is good
to share one's concerns with friends who are in different industries
but understand your predicament or concerns.
The objectives:
- to
share, discuss, listen and suggest possible solutions, process,knowledge
and experience with one another.
- to
offer support and understanding to each other
- to
learn new skills, acquire new knowledge, overcome fears and create a new and
closer network of friends and business associates.
BNC's CEO Forum is a friendly gathering of BNC members who meet once a month
to :

to share one's problems, opportunities, ideas, concerns ,experiences and
feedback with other members so as to find ways to overcome them; assimilate
new ideas; experience new learning and improve on one's outlook
and understanding.
- reflect
on one's experiences in life in terms of the business, family and self. It
gives the individual and the group an opportunity to learn through
reflection, understanding , exploring, discussing, supporting , caring and
encouragement.

discuss and share without fear or favour your dreams and hopes and your
discoveries.
Environment

A friendly and non-threatening environment whereby you can share your
innermost thoughts or you may choose to be an ardent listener. All members
shall support one another.

Normally held at BNC's secretariat although venue can be at member's office.
Time and Date:
Normally from 9.30 am to noon on the second Friday of the month.
Thereafter , members can adjourn for lunch together.
Rules
- The
basic tenet of the forum is one of confidentiality. Therefore, all members
who attend the forum are regulars and conform to the rule of
confidentiality. Whatever that transpires during the meeting stays
there and any member found to have circulated the contents of the meeting in
whatever form to people ( incl. other BNC members) who are not within
the CEO forum, shall be expelled from the forum.

Comments , suggestions etc are non personal and are meant to be helpful to
fellow members of the forum. Therefore, we seek no favours nor personal
gains and help and support is always voluntary and sincere.

The maximum number of members for each group is ten.

Preferably, members of the forum are not in competition with each other. If
it is, then a new group would be formed.
