President’s Welcome Message

Dear BNC Members and Friends,

It has been almost 20 years since BNC has been registered under the society act. I am proud to say that the club has its own secretariat office located in PJ. This is something all members should be proud of. The premise houses the secretariat and has a meeting room that can accommodate about 15 members. Look around to see how many clubs like BNC do have its own premise.

BNC has the right platform for business networking and is well structured. All our dinner meetings are held once a month in a 5-star hotel in KL and PJ on a rotation basis. This is to cater members’ convenience. Members pay only for the meal. Members are encouraged to bring along guest to attend so as to see for themselves the way the club functions before they become full pledge members. Our aim is to give utmost importance to create a conducive business networking platform for entrepreneurs and professionals to mingle and network while enjoying their dinner. To add value, the club also invites guest speakers who give out valuable sharing on specific topics to the interest of the members during the meet. These are inline with our vision to see BNC as a prestigious business networking club that caters for entrepreneurs of all industries including professionals and also to double its membership. Creating professional networking platforms to enable members to market and discuss their business/business opportunities would be one of the mission.

In addition to this BNC never fails to focus on sports & recreational activities, training & development and social obligation.

As the club grows, it is time to bring in younger blood to participate actively and it is our sincere hope that these new generation group would eventually be the leaders who can drive the club towards greater height than ever. The club needs constant change to keep pace with the ever changing demands in the business fraternity. Remember BNC is not to dwindle but to keep growing. We need to keep the candle burning to keep growing.

As a newly elected president for term 2010/2011 my vision is to see that the club achieves its vision. With full support from members I am sure we will make it happen.. I need support of the patron, all founder members, past presidents, EXCO and members and help in bringing the CHANGE. We believe in synergy and working as a team. It is not the president’s way or any individual’s way, It is the BNC’s way.

Let us all live up to the spirit of 1BNC and work together to bring up BNC to its new height.
